Heritage River Hemp marijuana drying

Heritage River Hemp began as a dream. Owned and operated by Tim Rombach and Tammi Brown, they both live on their family farm which their grandparents worked half of a century to improve. This wonderful property on the Uncomphagre River was once a big ranch along the Uncomphagre Valley and river. This old farm still has some of the original bunkhouses and sheds. They are determined to try and keep this piece of their heritage along the river as an old farm even though it is being surrounded by new developments and the ever-expanding city. Thus the dream began by making this small farm self sustaining, which meant finding a ‘value added’ product that would allow them to make the old farm a productive farm again.

The hemp is grown on their farm in Montrose County, Colorado, processed in-house, and manufactured on location.

Tim with his culinary training and background in business and marketing has been making goat milk lotions and creams for years. He had a wholesale market for his goat milk lotions with a Russian skin care company. Tammi grew up on the farm raising goats and making numerous goat milk products and later received her BS in Agriculture with a Concentration in Horticultural Science from Colorado State University. After working for the USDA Agricultural Research Services National Seed Storage Laboratory for several years in the Clonal Lab, she returned to the farm to help her ailing grandparents.

Heritage River Hemp became a registered member of the Colorado Department of Agriculture’s Industrial Hemp program and began growing registered hemp.

They now grow their own hemp and extract Full Spectrum Hemp Extract oil right on the farm. Using their own goats to provide milk and their own extracted honey, along with other known herbs and essential oils they now make their own superior skin care products. Heritage River Hemp has received nothing but outstanding reviews of their products.

It has taken a lifetime of living on the farm and a lot of years of college to reach the point where they have the knowledge of how to raise healthy and happy animals and plants. They then created their Pet Products line. Heritage River Hemp has a whole host of farm critters that absolutely love the Full Spectrum Hemp Extract treats that they make for them. The Little Yorkie farm dog named Tinker “Little T” has become the face of Heritage River Hemp and the namesake that several of our products are named after.
